Physique & Mobility
True independence is built on a foundation of muscle strength, joint health, and balance. Whether it’s climbing a flight of stairs, lifting a heavy box, or simply keeping up with loved ones, my goal is to ensure your body is an asset, not a hurdle.
Together, we’ll monitor your health and refine your physique so you can move through life with confidence and strength — now and decades from now. To get there, we look at the big picture: maintaining a healthy physique while prioritizing how your body actually moves.
The choices we make today are the blueprints for how we’ll feel in our 60s, 70s, and beyond. Personally, I want my "golden years" to be defined by adventure and independence, not my limitations.

I am convinced that what you put into your body is exactly what you’ll get out of it. If we want high-performance results, we have to provide high-performance fuel!
We’ll work together to fuel for your specific goals — using complex carbs for sustained energy and quality proteins for muscle repair. It’s not about restriction; it’s about giving your body the tools it needs to recover faster and feel stronger.
From staying consistently hydrated to timing your pre- and post-workout meals, we’ll create a rhythm that leaves you feeling energized, sharp, and ready to take on the day. Proper nutrition is the "secret ingredient" that often has a bigger impact than the workout itself.
Athletics & Conditioning
If you’re looking to take your fitness a step further, we specialize in that! Athletics and conditioning isn’t just for professionals — it’s for anyone who wants to move through the world with more ease and power.
In this area of focus, we’ll work on the "Big 4": stamina, power, agility, and heart health. Using high-octane interval training and targeted explosive movements, we’ll help you hit your peak athletic capacity.
In the end, it’s about building a body and cardio brick by brick that’s stronger than the competition — on the field and in life.


Postpartum Recovery
When it comes to postpartum recovery, I am a firm believer that "slow and steady" truly wins the race. Your body has just done something incredible, and now it’s time to give it the care and patience it deserves.
Together, we’ll start with gentle rebuilding, focusing on restorative core and pelvic floor work like diaphragmatic breathing and pelvic tilts. As you feel ready, we’ll progress to low-impact movements like glute bridges and squats to bring back your functional strength.
By prioritizing controlled, intentional movements now, we create a solid foundation — so that when you’re ready to chase "pure strength" and physique goals, your body is resilient and ready to go.
